As a German based in Guangzhou, I check your supplier in person for importers and online sellers: I visit the factory, inspect samples and goods, and document everything in a clear report in English — backed by an EU-registered company.
01 · The risk
A deposit to a supplier you only know from an Alibaba profile. The money is sent — and suddenly the replies become short and vague.
In the worst case, a container arrives with goods that no longer resemble the sample. Or nothing arrives at all. An online profile, certificates as PDFs and friendly messages cannot be verified from a distance.
In the end, only one check is reliable: that someone actually stands in the factory and looks with their own eyes. That is exactly what I do.
02 · How it works
A clear process, every step with a defined result. You always know where you stand.
You tell me what needs to be checked. Within 12 hours you receive a reply with a clear fixed price and the next available date — no hidden costs, no obligation.
I travel to the supplier or receive the sample in Guangzhou. I check against your checklist, take photos and — on request — video, and record what I see, factually and without sugar-coating.
You receive a structured report in English: photos with captions, my observations and a sober assessment. With that, you decide whether to pay.

05 · Who checks
My name is Vinko Kolar. As a German, I live in Guangzhou, right in the heart of the Pearl River Delta. I am a certified e-commerce merchant (German IHK qualification) — I know the importer’s perspective because I have ordered, waited and hoped myself.
I work in English and German and study Mandarin to the HSK standard at Guangdong University of Technology. Despite the time difference, I am reachable during European business hours.
What you write in the evening from Europe, I act on the next morning in China — often before your working day even begins.
06 · Guarantees
All guarantees relate to the deliverable, not the outcome. I do not promise to catch every fraud — I promise to inspect cleanly and report honestly.
The balance is only due once the report reaches you. If you see nothing, you pay nothing.
Your report is with you within 48 hours of the visit or inspection — otherwise you get your deposit back.

A fair question — here, distrust is healthy. That is why I rely on verifiability rather than promises: behind the service stands Link Pulse Ltd., a company registered in the EU (Cyprus) with a proper address stated in the imprint.
Before any payment you meet me in a live video call. The deposit runs through PayPal with buyer protection, and the balance is only due after the report is delivered. My LinkedIn profile is public and traceable. You do not have to trust me — you can check.
Large inspection agencies deliver certified QC inspections to standard, usually for big order volumes and at corresponding prices. That is sensible and right — at high quantities there is no way around it.
My service sits one level below: fast, understandable verification and documentation in English, at a fixed price, before you commit at all. If you need the certified inspection of a large order, an agency is the better fit — I will tell you that openly.
The report contains photos with captions, a description of what I saw on site or on the sample, the comparison against your checklist and a sober overall assessment.

A refused visit is itself a result — and often a telling one. In that case you receive a short report on who was contacted, how they reacted and what that can mean.
If the visit does not take place, I only charge the actual effort; a deposit already paid for the visit that was not carried out is refunded.

I am a German on the ground who looks for you, documents and reports in English — so that you can make an informed decision. I deliberately keep to that boundary.
In the Pearl River Delta I am usually on site within 2–4 working days. For other regions of China I agree the date and travel costs with you in advance.
